Each piece is made in the designer's workshop. A work by hand, a mixture of traditional jewelry techniques and more innovative techniques, which makes each piece unique and which means that it may vary slightly from the model presented in the photo.

In order to best preserve your jewel, we recommend that you avoid wearing it during sports activities and limit contact with your cosmetics and cleaning products. Consider using the small pouch or box to protect it from light and moisture when you're not wearing it.

1 year warranty for any design defect specific to the making of the jewel from the date of purchase of your products (except deterioration related to natural wear or to possible shocks or improper handling)

The jewels are delivered in their pouches or boxes and shipped by registered letter or Colissimo, within 2 to 3 working days (except for custom orders / out of stock). To France, delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen, usually between 1 and 3 days.

For products "to order" or "to measure", it is necessary to add the manufacturing times which depend on the period and on the chosen part, and which can vary from 1 to 3 weeks. The wait will only amplify the pleasure you will have of receiving your handcrafted little jewel just for YOU!

Jewelry can be shipped anywhere in the world (buyer's expense).

Delivery is free, in France, from 100 € of purchase.

You have 14 days to change your mind. If one of the products in your order does not suit you, simply return it to us (at your expense). For any exchange or information, you can contact customer service in contact.
